We have a 30 business days return policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectations due to defects, damage, you can return them for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our service team via email and include photos of the received item. This will help us assess the issue, improve our service quality, and process your return request promptly.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
Perfumes must be unopened and in original packaging for returns/exchanges.
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a quality-related issue, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you.
Please note that items that do not meet the above criteria will be deemed ineligible for a return.
The return shipping costs paid by the customer are as follows:

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to glowellevia.com for a full refund. You can cancel your order before your item is shipped:
