All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. GlowEllevia  cannot be made liable of packages lost in this case.

At GlowEllevia, we are committed to providing high-quality women’s apparel and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

Most of our items are ready-to-wear and shipped promptly. However, certain products are custom-made or produced on demand.

For items that are not in stock, production will begin after the order is placed.
The processing and shipping time for such items is typically 10–15 business days.
This timeframe ensures quality craftsmanship and proper inspection before dispatch.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing time.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-returnable items include:

· Custom-made or made-to-order products
· Final sale items
· Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will assess the case and provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Order Cancellation
· Orders may be canceled within a limited time after placement.
· Once production or shipping has begun, the order cannot be canceled.
