We have a 30 business days return policy, which means you have 30 business days after receiving your item to request a return.

If any items you purchased fail to meet your expectations due to defects, damage, you can return them for a refund. To initiate a return, please contact our service team via email and include photos of the received item. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

Perfumes must be unopened and in original packaging for returns/exchanges.
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a quality-related issue, the return shipping cost will be refunded to you.
Please note that items that do not meet the above criteria will be deemed ineligible for a return.

The return shipping costs paid by the customer are as follows:

Any items damaged on arrival can be returned to glowellevia.com for a full refund.
